Veer Point Addition Facility, Big Bear
Veer Point is a luxury rehab center located in Big Bear, California. Its concept started with the philosophy of being in a state of nirvana. Nirvana means being in a place of peace, complete happiness, and renewal, achieving a state of harmony through an open-minded experience. Choosing Veer Point’s name implies that one would have to change their actions and direction to reach nirvana suddenly. The triangles represented a historical or cultural trinity of the mind, body, spirit, or other meaning: past, present, and future. When triangles are drawn with the point upright, it gives the feeling of stability and balance. The broad base Indicates the journey’s struggles, and the point represents the end goal—the sense of persistence or achievement. The triangles represent the mountains, which symbolize the location of the facility. One can associate the search for success by reaching the top of the hill. The colors chosen for the logo were green and black. Green represents nature, and money conveys the meaning of growth, health, and generosity. Black symbolizes luxury, sophistication, control, and restfulness.
