Design Pillars Classical Order & Civic Elegance Inspired by the historic estates of Summit Avenue, these designs utilize rigorous axial symmetry and double-height volumes to establish a sense of enduring luxury. Soaring arched windows and hand-carved stone fireplaces serve as architectural anchors, paying homage to the city’s rich heritage through a contemporary lens. Seasonal Connectivity & The "Winter Light" Strategy To embrace Saint Paul’s dramatic climate, we utilize expansive gridded window systems that maximize the low-angled northern sun. These glass facades transform the shifting landscape—from the lush greenery of the Mississippi River valley to the pristine whites of winter—into a living, breathing mural for the home. Tactile Warmth & Artisanal Materiality To balance the grandeur of the space, the material palette prioritizes "Heartland Warmth": exposed timber trusses, rich caramel leathers, and matte-finished stone.
